Please start by requesting a quote.
- The customer enters and submits the requested information for the reservation.
We will send you a reservation confirmation email (reservation not yet confirmed).
You will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail immediately after submitting your request, but it is not confirmed. We will send you another quotation and a reply e-mail declining your reservation due to the full capacity of the car.
If you do not receive a quotation or a refusal e-mail within 3 days, please contact us by e-mail. - We will send you a quotation e-mail.
If you wish to make a reservation without any problems, please send us a "reservation request" e-mail. If there is no problem and you wish to make a reservation, please send us a "Reservation Request" e-mail.
If you do not respond to our email estimate for a certain period of time, your tentative reservation will be canceled.
Please let us know if you wish to cancel your reservation due to disagreement over conditions. - We will send you an online payment e-mail by e-mail.
Payment by the due date confirms the reservation.
