    Please feel free to contact us using the form below with any questions you may have about our rental services or for a quote.
    Please be sure to check the Flow of Use and Rental Agreement before use.

    The Flow of Use

    Please start by requesting a quote.

    1. The customer enters and submits the requested information for the reservation.
      We will send you a reservation confirmation email (reservation not yet confirmed).
      You will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail immediately after submitting your request, but it is not confirmed. We will send you another quotation and a reply e-mail declining your reservation due to the full capacity of the car.
      If you do not receive a quotation or a refusal e-mail within 3 days, please contact us by e-mail.
    2. We will send you a quotation e-mail.
      If you wish to make a reservation without any problems, please send us a "reservation request" e-mail. If there is no problem and you wish to make a reservation, please send us a "Reservation Request" e-mail.
      If you do not respond to our email estimate for a certain period of time, your tentative reservation will be canceled.
      Please let us know if you wish to cancel your reservation due to disagreement over conditions.
    3. We will send you an online payment e-mail by e-mail.
      Payment by the due date confirms the reservation.
    LicenseRequired

    If you are from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Estonia, Monaco, or Taiwan and have a valid driver's license issued by these countries, you may use that license when driving in Japan.However, an official translation of your license is required and must be carried with your driver's license and passport when driving in Japan.For information on how to obtain the official document, see the next section, "Where can I get a translation of my driver's license?".

    If you have been issued a driver's license in a country other than those listed above, you must obtain an "International Driver's License" from the automobile club in your country in order to drive in Japan.
    Here is a list of auto clubs by country.

    Documentation must be issued within 12 months of the rental period.
    An international driver's license must be issued by a member state of the 1949 Geneva Conventions.

    If you do not have the correct driver's license translation, international driver's license, or original driver's license, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be required to pay the full rental fee.
